Our Commitment to Data Protection

Data Encryption

All data transferred between 360 Law Services and our clients is protected using state-of-the-art TLS encryption. We regularly assess and update our encryption protocols to ensure that they remain secure against evolving threats.

Data Management

At 360 Law Services, safeguarding our clients’ information is our top priority. We utilise secure, enterprise-grade platforms to manage and store client documents and communications. These platforms implement advanced encryption methods, ensuring that data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. This means that whether your documents are being transferred or stored, they are protected by industry-leading security measures. Access to client data is strictly limited to authorised personnel, and the data is never used beyond its intended purpose.

Data Storage

Our data is securely hosted within highly secure, enterprise-grade data centers located in the United Kingdom. These data centers are managed by a certified provider adhering to stringent standards, including ISO 27001. Our infrastructure benefits from a certification demonstrating the maximum-security score possible on the platform, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest level of security. Additionally, our backups are stored separately to ensure data integrity and availability. Access to our data centers is restricted to select personnel with operational responsibilities, and all activities are governed by rigorous security protocols.

Subcontractors

We minimise the involvement of subcontractors to maintain direct control over our operations. When subcontractors are necessary, we select them with care and subject them to thorough audits to ensure they meet our stringent security standards.

Penetration Testing

We routinely assess the security of our infrastructure and applications through both internal and external penetration testing. All findings are reviewed by senior management and promptly addressed by our compliance team.

Redundancy

The networks used by 360 Law Services are built with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms, guaranteeing seamless service with a 99.95% uptime.

Certifications & Compliance Standards

Cyber Essentials

360 Law Services has achieved Cyber Essentials and is pending Cyber Essentials Plus certification, demonstrating our commitment to cybersecurity and the protection of client information.

ISO27001

We are actively working towards ISO 27001 certification, a globally recognised standard for information security management. While we are in the process of obtaining this certification, we have already implemented many of the rigorous measures required by ISO 27001 to ensure the security of our clients’ data. These measures include comprehensive risk assessments, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring of our systems. Our commitment to achieving this certification underscores our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of information security.

GDPR

We adhere to UK and EU GDPR regulations, ensuring full compliance with all data protection, privacy, and data transfer requirements. For any GDPR-related queries, you can contact our data protection officer at privacy@360lawservices.com.
