Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in transactional and non-transactional corporate commercial work. Initially training with a Legal 500 firm in Sussex, Stephanie spent the early part of her career working in the south east before relocating to the East Midlands in 2017.
Prior to joining 360 Law Services, Stephanie was responsible for the creation of a corporate department in her previous firm from a standing start and successfully won clients and work through her hard work and dedication to her clients. This was acknowledged in her promotion to partner within 2 years of joining the firm.
Her experience focuses on company sales, acquisitions and management buyouts as well as restructuring, corporate finance, general commercial advice, commercial contracts and drafting commercial agreements including share purchase agreements and joint venture agreements. She has worked on complex cross-border transactions involving multiple solicitors in multiple jurisdictions as well as working with companies from their inception through their growth phase and on to become successful enterprises.
Stephanie has a particular specialism in acting for banks, financial institutions and private investors on secured lending transactions and property finance matters, including larger portfolio refinance transactions.
Having worked in this area since she qualified, Stephanie has worked with businesses and organisations of all types and sizes across a range of industry sectors including start-ups, SMEs, national and international companies as well as sole traders and charities. Clients regularly comment on her proactive approach to handling their matters and clear communication to keep them up to date with progress.

Stephanie qualified in 2012 after gaining a degree in Law and European Legal Studies from the University of Reading.

Having been tasked with establishing a new corporate department in her previous firm, building the department from the ground up, in 2023 Stephanie was successful in achieving rankings in Tier 3 for both Corporate & Commercial work and Banking & Finance in the East Anglia region for the department for the first time, a testament to her hard work, dedication and commitment to the challenge supported by her clients and professional contacts.
Stephanie was also listed as a Top 40 Professional on the Bridging and Commercial Power List 2023, having been recognised as a leading professional for client outcomes for her role in completing a complex portfolio refinance for a banking client within a very tight timeframe.
